Cascading Style Sheets

Cascading Style Sheets, CSS, is used to define colors, fonts, layouts and other aspects of the presentation of the web page.

The CSS can be contained internally or in an external file. The advantage of the external file is that the presentation information for the entire web site can be held in one place where it is easily and quickly updated.
